Building Assessment

The first step in our skyscraper window cleaning process is to assess the building. This includes looking at the type of windows, the height of the building, and any unique features or challenges that we might encounter while cleaning. We also take a look at the surrounding area to see if there are any potential hazards that we need to be aware of.

Planning & Preparation

After we’ve assessed the building, we start planning and preparing for the job. This includes putting together a team of experienced window cleaners, gathering the necessary products and equipment, and creating a detailed cleaning plan. Additionally, we always make sure to have a safety plan in place in case of any emergencies.

Cleaning

Now, it’s time to start cleaning! For skyscraper window cleaning, we typically use one of three methods: rope access, suspended scaffold cleaning, or bucket trucks. The best method for the job will depend on the type of windows, the height of the building, and any other challenges that were identified during the assessment

Inspection & Maintenance

After the windows have been cleaned, we inspect them to ensure that they’re free of any streaks or smudges. We also take this opportunity to look for any potential problems, such as cracked or broken windows. Once everything has been checked and double-checked, we provide the building owner with a report detailing our findings.
