There are many different combinations of windows and factors that affect window cleaning rates. The main factors are: window size, level of contamination, and access to the window. We cannot give you an exact price on our website, but we will give you an approximate price range for the most common types of cleaning of standard size and type windows. It will give you a general idea of how much your window cleaning would cost.

What's the fastest way to receive an accurate quote?
The fastest way to get an accurate quote is to send a couple of pictures along with your address and a short description.
What types of residential cleaning services do you offer?
- Regular Cleaning. Includes cleaning the glass with soap and water and wiping off some parts of the window frame and sills. This type of cleaning is ideal for customers who clean their windows more than two times per year.
- Initial Cleaning. Includes cleaning the glass with soap and water and minor steel wool scrubbing or scraping with a scraper in order to remove dirt, paint, etc. It also involves wiping off some parts of the frames and sills. It does not include scrubbing or scraping the entire glass surface, and it’s recommended for customers who clean their windows at least once a year.
- Post Construction Cleaning. Includes cleaning the entire glass surface with soap and water and scrubbing with steel wool or scraping with a scraper, as well as cleaning the partial interior of the frames, tracks and exterior sills. This type of cleaning could be also combined with entire frame cleaning, and it’s recommended for the most demanding customers or for post-construction clean-ups.
- Chemical Cleaning (ACID Wash). Includes cleaning of the exterior glass surface with harsh chemicals or acid in order to remove hard water stains and oxidation. It could also be combined with entire frame cleaning for maximum results. We recommend this type of service to customers whose windows are covered in oxidation or hard water stains.
- Glass Protection Cleaning. Includes an application of a sealant, which keeps your windows clean longer and slows down the process of hard water stains build-up. It is recommended for all customers.
