Do you service all areas of East New Jersey or only specific towns?

Are your technicians certified for high-rise and multi-story buildings in New Jersey?
Yes. Our team holds IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) and SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) certifications. These international credentials allow us to work safely on multi-story and high-rise buildings using a dual-rope descent system – no scaffold required for most jobs.
What equipment do you use for buildings that rope access cannot reach?
For buildings where rope access is not practical, we operate bucket trucks with a 150-foot reach and boom lifts up to 80 feet. Scissor lifts are available for lower structures. All equipment arrives with the necessary permits – we handle that paperwork in-house.
How long has Total Window Service been operating in the New Jersey area?
We have been in business since 2012 – over 13 years serving the greater New York and New Jersey metro area. In that time we have completed work on more than 3,100 properties, ranging from single-family homes to large commercial buildings.
What insurance documentation can you provide for New Jersey property managers?
We carry $10M general liability insurance plus a $5M umbrella policy, workers’ compensation, and disability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request – standard for New Jersey property management companies, HOAs, and commercial building owners who require proof before work begins.
What are your payment terms for New Jersey jobs?
We collect a 50% deposit before the job is scheduled. The remaining balance is invoiced after completion – commercial clients typically have up to 30 days to pay. We accept on-site card payments via Chase Mobile Checkout as well as standard invoicing through QuickBooks.
