East New Jersey Window Cleaning
Total Window Service extends the same crew that works New York City across the river into East New Jersey. We cover properties along the Hudson waterfront and the surrounding communities, handling the river-facing high-rises, mid-rise condos and street-level storefronts that define the area. If you manage or own a building on the Jersey side of the harbor, we already work your neighborhood.
Comprehensive Cleaning Solutions
- Residential Window Cleaning: Homes and condos along the waterfront, from garden-level units to upper-floor balconies that face the skyline.
- Commercial Window Cleaning: Storefronts, offices and mixed-use buildings where clean glass keeps tenants and customers happy.
- Specialized High-Rise Cleaning: River-facing towers handled by a trained rope-access crew, with a backup equipment fleet for the spots rope cannot reach.
What Our Customers Say
One Crew, Two States
The technicians who clean Manhattan towers are the same ones who cross the river for your East New Jersey job. That means no subcontracting and no learning curve on your property. For buildings where rope access is not practical, we bring our own fleet: bucket trucks reaching 150 feet, boom lifts up to 80 feet, and scissor lifts for lower structures. We pull the permits that equipment needs in-house, so there is nothing for your building staff to chase down.
Documentation Jersey Property Managers Expect
HOAs, building owners and management companies on the Jersey side usually ask for paperwork before a crew sets foot on site. We are set up for that. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) goes out on request, permits travel with the equipment, and the deposit-and-invoice terms below are written for commercial accounts. Send us the building address and we will tell you the same day whether your location is in our service window.
Tailored Estimates for Your Convenience
Send us photos of your windows along with the building’s exact address, and we will turn around a fast, accurate estimate. The address lets us look up the property and the photos tell us what type of glass and access we are dealing with, so the number you get reflects the actual job.
Check our price page for residential cleaning options and what goes into quote. We also install window film and restore glass for homes and commercial buildings and we are fully insured and experienced.
Do you service all areas of East New Jersey or only specific towns?
We serve commercial and residential properties throughout East New Jersey, including areas along the Hudson waterfront and surrounding communities. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, send us your address when requesting a quote and we will confirm availability the same day.
Are your technicians trained for high-rise and multi-story buildings in New Jersey?
Yes. Our team is trained to IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) and SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) rope-access standards. This training lets us work safely on multi-story and high-rise buildings using a dual-rope descent system – no scaffold required for most jobs.
What equipment do you use for buildings that rope access cannot reach?
For buildings where rope access is not practical, we operate bucket trucks with a 150-foot reach and boom lifts up to 80 feet. Scissor lifts are available for lower structures. All equipment arrives with the necessary permits – we handle that paperwork in-house.
How long has Total Window Service been operating in the New Jersey area?
We have been in business since 2012 – over 13 years serving the greater New York and New Jersey metro area. In that time we have completed work on more than 3,100 properties, ranging from single-family homes to large commercial buildings.
What insurance documentation can you provide for New Jersey property managers?
We are fully insured, with general liability, workers’ compensation and disability coverage; a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. This is standard for New Jersey property management companies, HOAs, and commercial building owners who require proof before work begins.
What are your payment terms for New Jersey jobs?
We collect a 50% deposit before the job is scheduled. The remaining balance is invoiced after completion – commercial clients typically have up to 30 days to pay. We accept on-site card payments via Chase Mobile Checkout as well as standard invoicing through QuickBooks.
How Do You Request an Estimate Online?
For a fast, accurate online estimate, send us a few photos of your windows along with the building’s exact address so we can look up the property and see what type of glass you have. The more we can see up front, the tighter the quote. Thanks.
