Yes. Our team is trained to IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) and SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) rope-access standards. This training lets us work safely on multi-story and high-rise buildings using a dual-rope descent system – no scaffold required for most jobs.

For buildings where rope access is not practical, we operate bucket trucks with a 150-foot reach and boom lifts up to 80 feet. Scissor lifts are available for lower structures. All equipment arrives with the necessary permits – we handle that paperwork in-house.

We have been in business since 2012 – over 13 years serving the greater New York and New Jersey metro area. In that time we have completed work on more than 3,100 properties, ranging from single-family homes to large commercial buildings.

We are fully insured, with general liability, workers’ compensation and disability coverage; a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. This is standard for New Jersey property management companies, HOAs, and commercial building owners who require proof before work begins.

We collect a 50% deposit before the job is scheduled. The remaining balance is invoiced after completion – commercial clients typically have up to 30 days to pay. We accept on-site card payments via Chase Mobile Checkout as well as standard invoicing through QuickBooks.
